Jon Schleuss was elected president of NewsGuild-CWA, beating 12-year incumbent Bernie Lunzer in a re-run election.
Schleuss, a data reporter for the Los Angeles Times, received 1,979 votes to Lunzer’s 1,514 when ballots were counted Tuesday by the American Arbitration Association.
